Als People Services Operations Specialist (m/w/d) bei Astellas Pharma spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, die Mitarbeitererfahrung zu verbessern und dafür zu sorgen, dass unsere HR-Prozesse reibungslos und effizient ablaufen. • Du bist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung von End-to-End-Services im Talent Lifecycle, mit Schwerpunkt auf der Lösung komplexer HR-Fälle.
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Manager, Mitarbeitende und externe Partner stets hochwertige, einheitliche und kundenorientierte Beratung erhalten.
• Du bringst fachliche und landesspezifische Expertise zu HR-Prozessen und -Systemen ein.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten People-Team zusammen, um HR-Aktivitäten umzusetzen, die HR-Prozesse beeinflussen.
• Du treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran und managst die Auswirkungen von Veränderungen auf People Operations.

Key Activities For This Role

• Accountable for the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle services, with a focus on complex HR functional case management resolution.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and customer-focused advice is provided to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Provide functional and country-specific expertise on HR processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the wider People Team to execute HR activities that impact HR processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the impact of change on People Operations.
  
  

Essential Knowledge & Experience

• Relevant experience in HR operations.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a track record in delivering high-quality operational HR processes.
• Preferred proficiency in SAP, Alight, and Conduent systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and take appropriate action.
• Fluent in written and verbal business English; proficiency in German and French is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with payroll software systems and benefits administration.
• Strong change management skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work effectively.
  
  

Educations/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  
  

Additional Information

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• Position is located in Munich, Germany.
• This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2-3 days per week in our Munich office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
