Finom is seeking a product-minded professional to shape and improve the employee journey on our all-in-one platform. You will design surveys, analyze feedback, and translate insights into concrete product improvements. You will also build internal automations and leverage AI tools to prototype and accelerate people-focused features.

You will work across Europe with remote or hybrid options, and you will have the opportunity to become a stock options holder as the company grows.

Qualifikationen

• Able to interpret data and turn feedback into insights.
• Experience building live products from scratch, including AI-assisted development tools.
