Strategic partnering:advise senior leaders on the people priorities that will move the needle on performance and culture, and lead workforce planning across your region.
Employee relations: resolve complex ER issues, stay ahead of employment law developments, and get in front of systemic issues before they escalated.
Organisational change: guide change initiatives from a people and legal-risk perspective, working closely with the Talent & Learning and wider Transformation & Change teams.
Talent, performance and culture: build development plans for high-potential talent, turn engagement survey data into action, and champion equity, diversity and inclusion as a strategic priority.
Recruitment and mobility: oversee senior recruitment and support talent mobility strategies in partnership with Talent Mobility & Acquisition.
Pay and reward: lead the Global Annual Pay Review and advise on grading, benchmarking and benefits.
Insights-led decisions: analyse people data (turnover, performance, engagement) to build the narratives that influence senior leadership.
Policy and governance: keep the HR policy framework compliant, current and clearly understood across your region.
We close the organisation for two days mid-year to allow us to take a collective break from work and focus on our wellbeing. The dates will be shared with advance notice.
