IronMaxx Nutrition is seeking a People Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day HR operations and to help build simple, reliable and people‑focused processes as we grow. You will partner with the Head of People & Organization to support managers and employees, ensuring a professional environment where people can perform at their best.

You will lead HR operations, administration, payroll coordination, and reporting while driving process improvements, onboarding/offboarding, and employee development

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a comparable HR role.
• Good knowledge of labor law, payroll and HR administration.
• Experience with onboarding, contracts, absences and offboarding.
• Experience with HR reporting and personnel-related data.
• First experience coordinating a team, projects or HR topics is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for daily HR Operations and HR Administration across the IronMaxx Group.
• Lead the HR Operations team and ensure clear priorities and responsibilities.
• Act as a contact person for managers and employees on operational HR topics.
• Work closely with the Head of People & Organization to improve HR processes and structures.
• Ensure HR topics are handled accurately, efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external payroll providers.
• Prepare and review payroll-relevant information.
• Monitor personnel costs and relevant HR figures.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management.
• Support training and employee development initiatives.
• Help improve feedback, performance and development processes.
• Support managers in creating clear expectations and development opportunities.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the company.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify and improve them.
• Support the digitalization and automation of recurring HR tasks.

HR Operations & Team Leadership

• Take responsibility for daily HR Operations and HR Administration across the IronMaxx Group
• Lead the HR Operations team and ensure clear priorities and responsibilities
• Act as a contact person for managers and employees on operational HR topics
• Work closely with the Head of People & Organization to improve HR processes and structures
• Ensure HR topics are handled accurately, efficiently and on time

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage HR administration for more than 100 employees
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding and ensure a smooth employee experience
• Maintain personnel files, contracts, absences and HR documentation
• Improve recurring HR processes and internal communication
• Ensure employees and managers receive the information and support they need

Payroll & HR Reporting

• Coordinate monthly payroll with external payroll providers
• Prepare and review payroll-relevant information
• Monitor personnel costs and relevant HR figures
• Prepare regular HR reports for management

Employee Development & Performance

• Support training and employee development initiatives
• Help improve feedback, performance and development processes
• Support managers in creating clear expectations and development opportunities
• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the company
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify and improve them
• Support the digitalization and automation of recurring HR tasks
• Create clear workflows, templates and responsibilities
• Help build practical and scalable HR structures for company growth

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a comparable HR role
• Good knowledge of labor law, payroll and HR administration
• Experience with onboarding, contracts, absences and offboarding
• Experience with HR reporting and personnel-related data
• First experience coordinating a team, projects or HR topics is an advantage
• Confident use of HR systems and MS Office
• Strong communication skills when working with employees and managers
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Hands-on mentality and ability to manage several topics at the same time
• Interest in process improvement, digital tools and automation
• Strong sense of responsibility, discretion and service orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
