BLP Digital AG is seeking an HR/People Operations professional to build end-to-end HR processes, own the HR system, and lead People projects in our Munich office. You’ll shape culture, run office operations, and handle daily HR administration while delivering data-driven dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, internship or working student experience in HR or operations, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and German.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Some practical experience from internships or working student roles in HR, People Operations, consulting, or operations.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with a mindset for building processes.
• Tech affinity and experience with HR systems.
• Strong communication skills and discretion handling sensitive topics.
• Ownership mindset: fix manual processes proactively.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Build HR processes end-to-end (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, approvals, reporting)
• Own our HR system: implement new features and modules, automate, keep data quality high, and be the go-to expert for the team
• Lead People projects from concept to rollout
