DEPT® is seeking a part-time People Operations Administrator in Germany to ensure a smooth employee journey. You will be the first contact for administrative tasks and support payroll-related processes while collaborating with our remote People Operations team across the employee lifecycle.

This role is a part of the team in Germany. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, and Marketing. This position is for a part time role with 20h/w.
As a People Operations Administrator, you will create a smooth employee journey experience. You will be responsible for fulfilling processes to make them as easy and pleasant as possible for all stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for administrative tasks and actively support our teams.
