Personio is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist (d/f/m) who is fluent in German and English to drive onboarding and adoption for DACH customers. You will guide onboarding journeys, champion product usage, and collaborate with Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize impact.

This role requires 3 days in the office per week and can be based in Munich, Dublin, or Berlin, offering a dynamic SaaS environment with growth opportunities.

• Issue Resolution: Triage and troubleshoot customer issues, collaborating with internal teams and escalating bugs as needed.
• Relationship Building: Forge strong, trust-based relationships, handle conflicts with care, and spot opportunities for upselling.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and share customer insights.
• Knowledge Sharing: Support new joiners, contribute to documentation, and elevate team processes through your expertise.

• Languages: Fluent in German and English (both mandatory). Additional language is a bonus.
• Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS, B2B, or B2C role, with a passion for making customers successful.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with grace and efficiency.
