Lio is seeking a People Development Specialist to grow our teams across Munich and New York. You will design development opportunities, foster feedback culture, and create shared experiences that connect colleagues.

You will partner with managers to implement growth programs, build career paths, and drive culture initiatives. This role blends people strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in people development or HR-related roles in startups.
• Designed or managed feedback, performance, or development programs.
• Able to translate goals into practical programs.
• Strong interpersonal and data-informed approach.
• English communication; German a plus.

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have experience in people development, organizational development, HR, talent management, or a related role ideally in a startup or fast-growing company

• Have designed or managed feedback, performance, or employee development processes

• Know how to turn broad development goals into clear, practical programs

• Enjoy creating engaging culture initiatives and bringing people together

• Are comfortable collaborating with teams and managers across different locations and time zones

• Balance empathy and strong interpersonal skills with a structured, data-informed approach

• Are proactive, organized, and execution-driven

• Thrive in dynamic startup environments and enjoy taking ownership

• Communicate confidently in English; German is a plus
