SOHO HOUSE BERLIN is seeking a People & Development Trainee who is currently enrolled in a study program requiring a mandatory internship. This paid, full-time internship starts in January 2027 and lasts at least five months.

You will gain hands-on experience while supporting the People & Development team with administrative and operational tasks, including interviews, employee data handling, events planning, and maintaining our internal communications platform Workvivo by Zoom.

The Internship

We Are Looking For a People & Development Trainee Who Is Currently Enrolled In a Study Program That Requires a Mandatory Internship. This Is a Paid, Full-time Internship Starting In January 2027, With a Minimum Duration Of Five Months. During Your Internship, You Will Gain Valuable Hands-on Experience While Supporting Our People & Development Team With a Variety Of Administrative And Operational Tasks, Including

• Administration of job applications and organization of interviews
• Contact person for employees as well as processing requests
• Supporting the implementation, compliance with all company processes and standards
• Maintenance of employee databases
• Planning and organizing employee events and trainings, creating posters, maintaining internal communication platform 'Workvivo by Zoom'.
• Support on ad hoc projects assigned by the People & Development Manager
