GCS Global Clearance Solutions Germany GmbH is seeking a People & Culture generalist to guide the Stockach site and the group in HR initiatives. You will support talent management, onboarding, payroll, development and offboarding across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead P&C projects across sites, design and implement learning and development programs, and ensure strong compliance with German employment law while balancing strategic and operational tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Generalist with a People & Culture background and several years of experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading People & Culture projects across multiple sites or groups.
• Experience or strong interest in Learning & Development and German employment law.
• Ability to switch between strategic projects and day-to-day tasks; strong prioritization.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support local and group-wide P&C projects including talent management and succession planning.
• Assist recruitment processes and interviews with the People Business Manager, and support payroll, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding at the Stockach site.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) day-to-day.
• Design and implement learning and development (L&D) programmes for the group.
• Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and organize training sessions in German and English.

Your Responsibilities

• Active involvement in and support for the implementation of local and group-wide P&C projects (including talent management, succession planning, etc.)
• Support the recruitment process (selection, conducting interviews) in collaboration with the People Business Manager, and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (payroll, onboarding, development, retention, offboarding) at the Stockach site
• Support the day-to-day management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Design and implementation of learning and development (L&D) programmes for the entire group
• Identifying training needs in collaboration with managers, as well as organising and facilitating training sessions, workshops and development programmes in German and English

Your Profile

• A generalist with a People & Culture background, possessing several years’ professional experience and broad practical expertise across the employee life cycle, ranging from day-to-day support and recruitment to the implementation of People & Culture initiatives
• Proven experience in independently leading and implementing People & Culture projects, ideally across multiple sites or groups
• Experience in Learning & Development (design, implementation and facilitation of development programmes) or a strong intrinsic interest in developing further in this area and taking on responsibility
  In-depth knowledge of German employment law
• Ability to switch confidently between strategic project work and day-to-day operational tasks, and to set priorities flexibly
• A high degree of initiative, flexibility and motivation, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and a passion for building new initiatives and actively shaping them
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a strong ability to deliver results
• Very good written and spoken German and English
