Publicis Health, LLC sucht einen People & Culture Manager, der die Unternehmenskultur positiv mitgestaltet und Mitarbeitende während ihrer gesamten Employee Journey unterstützt. Der Job umfasst Partnerschaften mit Führungskräften, Implementierung von HR-Initiativen, Talentidentifikation und Veränderungsmanagement in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Human Resources, People & Culture oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts und moderner HR-Praktiken.
• Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationskompetenz.
• Proaktiv, lösungsorientiert, verantwortungsbewusst und teamorientiert.
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Als People & Culture Manager bei Publicis Health arbeiten Sie eng mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden zusammen, um eine positive Unternehmenskultur zu gestalten.
• Unterstützung bei Personalthemen, Engagement- und Talentinitiativen.
• Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycle von Rekrutierung bis Offboarding.
• Identifikation von Talenten, Entwicklungs- und Nachfolgebedarfen.
• Begleitung von Veränderungen, Transformationen und organisatorischen Entwicklungen.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und Prozessen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Partner with managers, stakeholders and employees on people and culture topics to support team effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Support the implementation of people and culture initiatives aligned with business needs and team objectives.
• Support and manage the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding) to strengthen employee experience and engagement.
• Partner with managers to identify talent, development opportunities and succession needs.
• Support performance and feedback processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Foster a culture of trust, inclusion and collaboration, creating an environment where employees can thrive.
• Support wellbeing and engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive and sustainable employee experience.
• Support teams and managers through organisational change, growth and business transformation.
• Gather employee feedback and engagement insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote agile, collaborative and solution-oriented ways of working while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture or a related field.
• Proven experience as a People & Culture, ideally within:
  • Healthcare,pharmaceutical,lifesciencesorregulatedenvironments
  • Agencies,consultingorprofessionalservicesorganizations

Sound knowledge of German employment law and modern HR practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, support managers and employees, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Proactive, solution-oriented and accountable, with a pragmatic and people-focused approach to managing HR-related topics and challenges.

• Well-organised and collaborative, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a hands-on mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable balancing operational tasks with strategic initiatives.

• Fluent in German and English.
