Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide pediatric therapy during after-school hours in Delaware. This per diem opportunity lets you choose your geographic coverage in New Castle County and build a consistent caseload while helping children reach their goals.

You’ll receive support from an office team, paid orientation, continuing education, travel stipends, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package, with compensation up to $85 per visit and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Active Delaware PT license.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience working with school-age children is a plus.
• Ability to work after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to school-age children during after-school hours.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Help children improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional skills.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and other members of the child’s care team.
• Provide therapy in a supportive, child-centered environment.
• Complete electronic documentation for each visit.
• Communicate regularly with the clinical team regarding progress and ongoing needs.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Active Delaware PT license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Experience working with school-age children is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while being supported by an experienced clinical team
• Availability during after-school hours
