Zusammenfassung

Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Managing the payroll process via external provider for the country, across multiple legal entities.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining payroll records.
  • Advising management on various projects and change management in the processes or policies of GEA
  • Understanding and enforcing GEA global and local policies updated and integrated into payroll processing
  • Working closely with local HRBP’s and our central HR hub on day‑day task and driving projects
  • Making sure our Workday system is synced with the payroll software, performing data entry as needed
  • Ensuring timely payments of salary, taxes and applicable social charges
  • Replying to employee queries, escalating queries and concerns as needed. Draw conclusion of process improvements
  • Act as a responsible backup in times of absence
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, managing stakeholders and projects.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English is needed
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll softwares, Microsoft Office, Workday, various HR systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
