An exciting opportunity to join a global hospitality leader as Payroll Manager within its German Shared Services team. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll services across multiple entities while leading a small team and driving continuous process improvements.

Working closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers, you'll play a key role in ensuring an efficient, compliant, and high‑performing payroll function

Requirements

• 2–3+ years' experience in German payroll
• Strong knowledge of German payroll legislation, tax, and social security requirements
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
• Experience working within a shared services or multi‑entity environment is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with payroll systems; SAP Payroll knowledge is a plus
• Fluent German and English are essential
