Mission

We’re looking for a Partnership & Growth Lead to accelerate our growth over 6 months. You’ll connect with pilot users, build strategic partnerships, and validate our product‑market fit across developer tools and enterprise AI teams.

This isn’t traditional sales – it’s about building a movement. You’ll help technical teams understand that testing deserves the same sophistication as development, while showing business stakeholders how their expertise can shape AI quality.

Key Responsibilities

Engage Pilot Users (40%)

• Identify AI teams building LLM applications across startups and enterprises
• Conduct discovery conversations with developers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders
• Guide pilot users through onboarding and gather actionable feedback
• Build case studies demonstrating value across different use cases
• Execute campaigns via GitHub, Discord, LinkedIn, dev communities, and conferences

Build Partnerships (30%)

• Develop relationships with AI infrastructure providers, dev tool companies, and innovation labs
• Identify opportunities within accelerators, research institutions, and the BMBF ecosystem
• Represent Rhesis at developer conferences, AI meetups, and business events
• Explore integrations with complementary platforms

Experiment & Learn (30%)

• Test messaging across audiences: technical teams vs. business stakeholders
• Run multi‑channel experiments to discover repeatable engagement patterns
• Track metrics: sign‑ups, SDK downloads, GitHub stars, community engagement
• Support content creation: guides, tutorials, case studies, demos
• Iterate quickly and document learnings to shape our growth strategy

Must Have

• 1‑2+ years in growth marketing, developer relations, or GTM at a B2B SaaS / dev tools company
• Ability to speak both languages: technical credibility with developers AND business impact with stakeholders
• Technical affinity; must have an interest in discussing APIs, SDKs, and engineering workflows (no coding required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
• Scrappy execution mindset; you test fast, learn faster, thrive in ambiguity
• High bias to action with proven ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Early‑stage startup experience (pre‑seed to Series A)
• Background in developer tools, open‑source communities, or AI / ML
• Network in Berlin / DACH tech or AI communities
• Experience positioning technical products for business audiences
• Active in open‑source projects or technical communities
