Kaufland e-commerce Services GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a market-focused professional to strategically develop its markets and position Kaufland Global Marketplace as a preferred partner.

You will proactively build partnerships with e-commerce partners and software providers, while strengthening existing collaborations and driving joint marketing concepts. You will monitor KPIs, use data to optimize activities, and represent the company at trade fairs and events.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of experience in e-commerce or the digital sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level minimum).
• German/Spanish/Italian as a plus.

In Marketplace Management we work behind the scenes to make sure that new offers keep turning up on our online marketplaces. Each team focuses on one area. In the Partner Management & B2B Marketing team, we acquire and support our partner companies – such as software interface providers – and take care of optimizations and joint marketing activities. With the help of our interface partners, we enable our sellers to sell their products on our online marketplaces in a short time and have an optimal online presence.

Aufgaben - Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You are responsible for the strategic development of your markets and position Kaufland Global Marketplace as a preferred partner in the marketplace business
• You proactively build new partnerships with key e-commerce partners and software integration providers for Kaufland Global Marketplace
• You continuously strengthen existing partnerships and develop joint marketing and cooperation concepts
• You keep a close eye on your key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to optimize existing partnership activities
• You represent Kaufland Global Marketplace at trade fairs and events
• You work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and Tech Development

Profil - Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship or hold a university degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Digital Business, or International Management)
• You have at least two years of experience in e-commerce or the digital sector
• You love inspiring others and stand out with your open, proactive approach
• You always maintain a clear overview of your numbers, helping you prioritize effectively in your day-to-day work
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (C1 level minimum); additional languages like German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus
