Zusammenfassung

Kaufland e-commerce Services sucht eine/n Partner-Manager/in mit 2–3 Jahren Erfahrung im E‑Commerce. Sie/er baut europäische Partnerschaften auf, bewertet Partnerlösungen, und sorgt dafür, dass Onboarding und Integration erfolgreich erfolgen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Sales, Product, Customer Service und Marketing zusammen, reisen zu Events und betreuen den Partner-Stack in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossen Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder Studium, ideal mit Information Systems/ BWL.
• Mind. 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in Partner Management, Business Development oder Produktmanagement im E‑Commerce.
• Verständnis von APIs und Integrationskonzepten, Jira, Tableau oder BigQuery von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau neuer europäischer Partnerschaften für Kaufland Marketplace und gesamter Onboarding-Prozess.
• Als Schnittstelle zwischen Partnerangeboten und Seller Success Lösungen evaluieren und als Growth-Enabler präsentieren.
• Sicherstellen, dass Partnerlösungen aktiv integriert und von Verkäufern genutzt werden (Dokumentation, erste Marketingaktivitäten).
• Adoptionsgrad der Partnerlösungen bei Verkäufern verfolgen und Optimierungen ableiten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktmanagement, Kundendienst, Marketing und Tech Development, um neue Features mit hoher Adoption zu realisieren.

In Marketplace Management we work behind the scenes to make sure that new offers keep turning up on our online marketplaces. Each team focuses on one area. In the Partner Management & B2B Marketing team, we acquire and support our partner companies – such as software interface providers – and take care of optimisations and joint marketing activities. With the help of our interface partners, we enable our sellers to sell their products on our online marketplaces in a short time and have an optimal online presence.

Aufgaben

• You build new partnerships with European e-commerce partners for the Kaufland Marketplaces and own the entire onboarding process
• You act as an enabler between partner offerings and seller success: you evaluate partner solutions based on the concrete problem they solve for our sellers (onboarding, logistics, pricing, content, repricing, etc.) and use and present them as growth enabler
• You ensure partner solutions aren't just onboarded but actively integrated and used in the seller journey - through documentations and first marketing activities on partner site
• You track adoption of partner solutions among sellers and derive optimizations from it - success is measured by seller impact (activation, GMV, churn reduction), not just partner satisfaction
• You gather seller feedback on partner solutions and translate it into concrete requirements for partners as well as product ideas for other teams
• You work closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and Tech Development to turn ideas into real new features with high adoption rate
• You represent our marketplace at e-commerce events and grow your network of multipliers there

Profil

• You have successfully finished a business apprenticeship or own a university degree (e.g. Information Systems, Business Administration)
• You have 2-3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or product management within e-commerce
• You understand APIs and technical integration concepts well enough to translate between partners and engineering - deep technical/coding skills are not required, experience with Jira, Tableau, and BigQuery is a plus
• You think and act strategically, with a strong ability to prioritize and build a partner / product roadmap
• You have a proactive attitude and a hands‑on mentality
• You enjoy working in an international environment and you are fluent in English (C1); good German skills (B2) or additional European language skills are a plus
