Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Paralegal to join its innovative investment team in Amsterdam. You will support cross-border corporate law activities across the Netherlands and Germany, reviewing, drafting and managing documents, onboarding new team members, and assisting with deal closings.

The role emphasises automation and process improvement, legal updates, and meticulous record-keeping. Candidates should have 3+ years in corporate law, a Dutch HBO-Recht or German Wirtschaftsjurist qualification,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in law firms, private equity, or investment environments.
• Law degree in Dutch (HBO-Recht) and/or German law (Wirtschaftsjurist) or comparable qualification.
• Proficiency in Dutch and German; fluency in English is essential for communication across international teams.
