Air Liquide-Familie IC Home 24 sucht eine empathische Fachkraft im Bereich Betreuung für Kinder mit Behinderungen in Düren. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und ca. 20–30 Stunden pro Woche.

Sie arbeiten eigenständig, kommunizieren offen im Team und bringen Flexibilität für Wochenend- oder Feiertagsdienste mit. Unser caring-Ansatz setzt auf individuelle Förderung und Kooperationsbereitschaft mit Partnern.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher*In oder Studium der Sozialpädagogik.
• Hohes Maß an Geduld, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, auch bei eingeschränkter Kommunikation der Klienten eine Verbindung aufzubauen.
• Arbeitsweise: selbstgesteuert, motiviert und kreativ im Team.

Responsibilities

• Alltagsgestaltung: Planung und Durchführung einer lebendigen Tagesstruktur – von haptisch-taktilen Angeboten über Back- und Koch-Events bis hin zu kreativen Bastelprojekten.
• Förder: Gezielte Unterstützung motorischer und geistiger Fähigkeiten sowie Förderung der sozialen Teilhabe im Umfeld.
• Erlebnisse schaffen: Organisation und Begleitung von Ausflügen und Freizeitaktionen.
• Netzwerkarbeit: Professionelle Elternarbeit, enge Abstimmung mit Schulen sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege- und Therapeutenteams.
• Organisation: Erstellung von Förderplänen, Berichterstattung an Kostenträger und lückenlose Dokumentation.
