Zusammenfassung

L&T Technology Services Limited in Munich seeks an Imaging Informatics Developer/PACS Integration Specialist to design and implement healthcare IT interfaces and imaging workflows.

You will work with Python, C#, Java, DICOM, HL7 v2, FHIR, and cloud platforms to integrate PACS/RIS/VNA systems, build API-driven healthcare solutions, and improve data exchange across hospital IT environments.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Python, C#, or Java with healthcare IT experience.
• Hands-on with DICOM, DICOMweb, HL7 v2, FHIR and healthcare APIs.
• Experience with interface engines (Mirth/NextGen Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf).
• Knowledge of PACS/RIS/VNA systems and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding radiology workflows and hospital IT environments.

Role Summary:

• Strong programming experience in Python, C#, Java, or similar languages.
• Hands‑on experience with DICOM, DICOMweb, HL7 v2, FHIR, and healthcare APIs.
• Experience with interface engines (Mirth/NextGen Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf).
• Knowledge of PACS/RIS/VNA systems (Sectra, GE,, Agfa, Fuji, Intelerad, etc.).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containers (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of networking concepts (VPN, routing, certificates, load balancing).

Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of radiology workflows: ordering, scheduling, acquisition, reporting, distribution.
• Knowledge of IHE profiles and imaging standards.
• Experience in hospital IT or regulated environments.
