Zusammenfassung

PORR is expanding its data center activities and seeks a Package Manager to lead a defined construction package on a large data center project in Berlin. The role covers CSA, fit-out, external works, electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, and other scopes as needed.

You will manage mobilisation through handover, review drawings and progress, coordinate with subcontractors and site teams, and ensure QA/QC and EHS compliance. Fluency in English is required; German or Polish is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or technical qualification in a relevant construction or engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing packages or subcontractors on large construction projects.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or MEP-heavy projects preferred.
• Understanding of subcontractor management, short-term planning, EHS controls, QA/QC inspections, and documentation.
• Ability to read drawings, manage technical queries, and understand package interfaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to drive subcontractor performance while maintaining records.
• Fluency in English; German or Polish language skills advantageous.

Aufgaben
