Flink in Köln is seeking an enthusiastic Ops Associate to join our fast-growing team. You will pack customer orders quickly and ensure high-quality, fresh products are delivered.

You will register and book new products, check stock, expiry dates, and product quality while monitoring refrigeration temperatures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace with your team. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a German work permit, and are fluent in English or German.

Your mission:

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.
• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.
• You register and book new products.
• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.
• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.
• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
