Flink in München is seeking an enthusiastic Ops Associate to help grow our delivery network. You will pack orders quickly, ensure freshness, and help keep the hub clean and organized.

You will monitor temperatures in refrigeration, register new products, and work with your team to deliver high-quality service. Fluency in English or German is required, and you must be at least 18 with a valid work permit.

Your mission:

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.
• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.
• You register and book new products.
• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.
• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.
• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
