KPMG is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant - Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations across client engagements in the UK. You will drive workshops, manage offshore teams, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful deployments.

You will leverage your consultancy background to support pre-sales, develop solutions, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex HR transformations, while aligning with KPMG Powered Apps methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
• Expertise in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll modules.
• Background as a Functional Consultant advising and implementing HR business processes.
• Demonstrable experience leading client meetings and large workshop facilitation.
• Led end-to-end delivery of workstreams including offshore teams for module design/config/test.
• Consultancy background with experience supporting pre-sales and business development.

• Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.
• Lead the end to end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
• Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
• Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client
• Develop lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs

What will you need to do it?

• Experience of implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM cloud platform
• Expertise in Comp and Benefits or Payroll modules
• Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
• Demonstrable experience of leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
• Been responsible for the end to end delivery of workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client
• Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre sales and business development activities.

This position will largely be based from London, Manchester or Leeds With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
