TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead an Oracle EBS to Fusion HCM migration for a large enterprise client in Warrenville, IL. The role focuses on consolidating workforce data, validating leave and benefits, and coordinating a multi-year HCM transition.

You will manage 6–10 years of PM experience requirements, drive complex initiatives, and handle stakeholder engagement in a hybrid, on-site setting.

Description:

We have an existing client undergoing a major enterprise technology transition migrating its back office applications from legacy on-prem Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. This is a heavy HCM focused project. This client is looking to centralize workforce data (over 20K employees) to improve leave and benefits synchronization and data validation (FMLA, health and retirement). They track their purchase orders through Oracle and moving to fusion helps streamline that process further as well as manage large streams of operational data.

Requirements

6-10 years of Project Management Experience

1-2 Projects Managing an Oracle EBS to Fusion HCM environment

Experience driving projects

Stakeholder Management

HCM / human capital management experience

This is a long term hybrid / on-site role

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Warrenville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
