Job summary

Sibelco is looking for a dedicated warehouse logistics operator to join our team at the German site in FMR. You will manage goods receipt and issue, weigh shipments, perform picking and packing, and prepare shipping documentation.

The role requires forklift competency, SAP familiarity, and strong German communication, with a hands-on, safety‑minded approach. We welcome trained warehouse staff and career changers alike.

Qualifications

• Ideally, training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or warehouse clerk (m/f/d) - we are also happy to give career changers a chance
• Experience in order picking or warehousing
• Forklift licence and confident operation of industrial trucks
• Experience with warehouse management systems, ideally SAP, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written and spoken German
• Physical resilience and enthusiasm for practical work
