Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Group is seeking a dedicated production operator to operate molding/forming machines, inspect small components, perform finishing and pack product according to specifications. You will assist setup technicians, maintain SPC charts and prepare performance reports in a three-shift operation in Germany.

German language at least B1 is required. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and a technical vocational background are advantages; commitment to quality and compliance with procedures

Aufgaben

• Operate molding/forming machines.
• Inspect produced parts, including very small components.
• Finish and post-process parts.
• Collect and record recyclable and non-recyclable materials.
• Assist setup technician during setup of forming wheel extrusion systems and related equipment.
• Maintain SPC defect collection charts/cards.
• Package products per specifications.
• Prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with work processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operation of molding/forming machines

Inspection of produced parts, including very small components, in accordance with applicable inspection instructions and within specified time requirements

Finishing and post-processing of produced parts

Responsibility for the separate collection and recording of recyclable and non-recyclable materials

Assisting the setup technician during the setup of forming wheel extrusion systems, haul-off, cutting and winding equipment, as well as in the production and inspection of profiles with and without wire reinforcement

Maintenance of SPC defect collection charts/cards

Packaging of products in accordance with specifications

Preparation of performance reports

Responsibility for compliance with established work processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Knowledge of manufacturing and/or production processes.

Ideally, technical vocational training or education, which is considered an additional advantage.

German language skills at a minimum B1 level.

Willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
