Job summary

Teva in Blaubeuren sucht eine/n Maschinenbediener/in (Coating) zur Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen für feste Arzneiformen. Sie dokumentieren Arbeiten, führen Umrüstungen durch und sorgen für saubere, ordnungsgemäße Chargenunterlagen gemäß GMP und HACCP.

Sie arbeiten im Dreischichtbetrieb, haben eine relevante Ausbildung wie Pharmakant oder Maschinenführer, besitzen EDV-Kenntnisse und idealerweise SAP.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich abgeschlossen (Pharmakant, Maschinenschlosser oder vergleichbar)
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse; SAP von Vorteil
• Genaue, saubere Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
• Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit

Responsibilities

• Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen (Coating)

Job description

Our Team, Your Impact

Role Purpose: Supports the production process by operating equipment and performing assign tasks in line with quality and GMP requirementsAreas of Impact: Production/packaging processPerforms operations related to the production of single and multi-component preparations, in compliance with the prescribed procedures with the principles of GMP.Advanced operation, assembly and adjustment of simpler and more complex production equipment, device parameters setting.

1. Performs the full range of established procedures such as operating machines and manipulation with material, producing necessary documentation in line with data integrity and GMP, monitoring processes in scope
2. Monitors processes parameters to ensure compliance and eliminate deviations
3. Resolves routine issues - trouble shooting
4. Has developed proficiency through job related training and considerable on-the-job experience
5. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
6. Performs IPC controls within batch production
7. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
8. Responsibility for checking the documentation of the product series in terms of completeness of entries, confirming the compliance of the production process with the requirements of Polish law, EU law, GMP, HACCP requirements and the applicable internal documentation of the Company ;
9. 8. Proper operation and taking care of the technical condition, immediate reporting of defects
10. 9. Ongoing informing the supervisor about the progress of tasks and possible difficulties in their performance. Immediate notification of any irregularities and abuse to the detriment of the Company and events that may affect the quality of the product

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Unsere Supply Chain Organisation am Produktionsstandort Ulm/Blaubeuren Weiler sorgt für die tägliche Einplanung der Produktionsmengen und Bereitstellung der Produktionsmaterialien für unsere Produktionsbereiche. Darüber hinaus arbeiten wir im Projektmanagement-Team an der strategischen Ausrichtung und Gestaltung unserer Standort-Portfolios.

Als Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) Coating bist Du für die Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen in der Herstellung der Festen Arzneiformen (Wiegen, Granulierung, Lackierung und Tablettierung) verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die Protokollierung der damit verbundenen Tätigkeiten (z. B. Logbücher, Chargendokumentation), die Umrüstung und Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen bei Produktwechseln sowie die Einstellung der Produktionsanlagen auf die Produktparameter.

Die Bearbeitung der Herstellanweisungen in SAP, die Durchführung und Dokumentation der In-Prozess-Kontrollen sowie der Probenzug für die Fertigproduktkontrolle obliegen dir.

• eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Pharmakanten*, Maschinenschlosser*, Maschinen-/Anlagenführer* oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in Verbindung mit Berufserfahrung im Hygiene- oder Lebensmittelbereich
• gute EDV-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• genaues und sauberes Arbeiten
• verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
