SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for SOLV Energy’s ERP systems across enterprise-wide processes. The role requires collaboration with Digital Solutions and Operations teams to ensure training aligns with standards and drives performance.

The position supports remote or hybrid work with regular in-office presence in the U.S. (locations discussed during interview).

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience in commercial/utility settings, in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, PM, Superintendent or Controller.
• Strong technical proficiency with project management principles including change management, contracting, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ERP management software.
• Hands-on ERP experience required; CMiC is preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools and platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong people skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment; self-starter.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strong presentation skills; able to engage and command in-person events of 20+ people.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Job Description Summary:

The perations Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs on SOLV Energy’s ERP systems, tailored to role‑specific Operations end users. This role ensures that training—whether in‑person or virtual—meets defined objectives by leveraging a deep technical understanding of the various systems and their application across enterprise‑wide and business unit specific processes. The trainer will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align training content with established standards and best practices. Additionally, this position serves as a feedback conduit, identifying gaps in standards and communicating opportunities for improvement discovered during training delivery. The ERP Operations Trainer reports directly to the Director of Project Standards.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid, with regular in-office presence inSan Diego, CA, Edison, NJ or Bend, OR. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interviewprocess.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and completeness of training materials.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness.
• Recommend enhancements to improve system utilization and user experience.
• Maintain a repository of training resources for easy access by end users.
• Provide ongoing support for Operations specific ERP‑related questions and troubleshooting as needed.
• Travel to company offices and jobsites to provide in‑person training.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of commercial or utility scale EPC construction experience as either a Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Controller or combination thereof.
• Strong technicalproficiencieswith project managementprinciplesincluding change management, contracting, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ERP management software.
• Hands‑on experience with an ERP is required. CMiC experience is preferred.

$106,669.00 - $128,003.00
