Oliver Wyman in Germany is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director (m/f/d) to lead performance transformation in operations. You will shape client strategies, drive end-to-end process improvements, and deliver measurable business results across supply chain, manufacturing, and service operations.
You bring 4–9 years in operations topics, solid problem solving and client relationship skills, plus fluency in English and German and willingness to travel.

Our portfolio covers the entire value chain from strategy development to implementation and transformation in the areas of Supply Chain, Value Sourcing, Manufacturing / MRO, Service Operations, and Innovation & Product Development, delivering tangible results on the first attempt.
