Amcor is seeking an experienced production professional to support injection molding operations in our production line in Germany. You will be responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of molding equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the complete production chain.

The ideal candidate has technical training in plastics/rubber technology and hands-on experience with injection molding machinery, packaging systems, and handling equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training, ideally as a plastics and rubber technologist or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology.
• Experience operating injection molding machines, handling equipment, packaging systems, and assembly lines.
• Willingness to learn how to operate these systems and technologies.
• Technical understanding and a meticulous approach to work.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed technical training, ideally as a plastics and rubber technologist or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
• Experience operating injection molding machines, handling equipment, packaging systems, and assembly lines
• Alternatively, a willingness to learn how to operate these systems and technologies
• Technical understanding and a meticulous approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work
