Pergolux GmbH in Frankfurt is seeking an Operations Process & Systems Manager to own WMS, ERP and OMS and to document processes across markets. You will partner with internal tech, external vendors and our AI specialist to remove manual work at scale.

You will map and document end-to-end operations, maintain master data, and ensure SOPs are used across all markets. This role requires 3+ years in operations systems and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations systems, process management or business analysis.
• Hands-on ownership or implementation experience with WMS, ERP or OMS (ideally Odoo).
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills; clear, pragmatic approach.

Job description

As Operations Process & Systems Manager, you will take full ownership of the systems our Operations team runs on and the processes that connect them, so every pergola we sell moves smoothly from purchase order to delivered order and after-sales. You’ll bring structure and clarity: owning our WMS, ERP and OMS, documenting how we work across markets, and partnering with internal tech, external vendors and our AI specialist to remove manual work at scale. This role is based in our Frankfurt office and requires regular visits to our warehouse in Fulda. What You’ll Do

• Act as business owner for our Operations systems (WMS, ERP, OMS) and their integrations with e-commerce, carrier and CRM platforms.
• Gather requirements, prioritise changes and work with internal tech and external vendors to deliver them, from design and testing through training and go-live.
• Map, design and document end-to-end operational processes across supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment and customer service.
• Write and maintain SOPs, and make sure teams across all markets actually use them.
• Identify and remove manual work, partnering with our AI specialist on automation opportunities.
• Keep master data and system configuration clean and consistent across markets.
• Serve as the go-to person when a process or system issue cuts across teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in operations systems, process management or business analysis, ideally in logistics or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience owning or implementing a WMS, ERP or OMS, ideally Odoo or a similar platform.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills, with a structured and pragmatic way of working.
• The ability to translate between operations teams and technical teams, and the confidence to drive change across teams you don’t manage.
• Interest in AI, automation or low-code tools; Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement training is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English
