Aptco Technologies, a Berlin-based maker of high-precision lab instruments, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Berlin site and drive the next phase of growth. You will oversee Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Service while building a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role requires a hands-on leader fluent in German and English, with proven Lean Manufacturing experience, ERP know-how, and a track record of delivering OTIF,

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or technical industrial environments.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
• Experience with ERP systems, production planning, KPIs, and operational budgets.
• Fluent in German and English.

You will oversee Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Service while building a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, machine building, or in a technical industrial environment.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
• Experience with ERP systems, production planning, KPIs, and operational budgets.
• Fluent in German and English.
