Position Overview

The Remote Operations Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operational workflow of our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys keeping teams aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks, timelines, and updates across departments
  • Assist with vendor communication, scheduling, and document organization
  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support event‑related administrative needs and logistics planning
  • Maintain shared calendars, task boards, and communication channels
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and internal updates as needed
  • Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements
  • Support leadership with meeting prep, follow‑ups, and documentation
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in operations, admin coordination, project support, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Teams, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Experience coordinating across remote teams is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Work Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • Standard business hours (PST preferred, with flexibility for other U.S. time zones)
