Zusammenfassung

CGM, a leading healthcare software provider, seeks a procurement professional in Koblenz to own end-to-end hardware procurement and optimize purchase-to-pay processes. You will collaborate with Logistics, IT, Finance, and suppliers to improve stock availability and asset management.

You will develop data-driven forecasting and replenishment strategies using analytics and AI, drive process standardization, and contribute to automation initiatives in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in operational procurement or purchasing, hardware/electronics inventory.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge and familiarity with procurement platforms (ORO, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or Ivalua).
• Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment and supplier lead times.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and interest in leveraging data, AI and digital tools to improve processes.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent German and English in an international environment.

Your contribution:

What you bring along:

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in operational procurement or purchasing, ideally within hardware, electronics, technical products, or other inventory-managed categories.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge and familiarity with modern procurement platforms such as ORO, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or Ivalua.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, including forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supplier lead times.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and an interest in leveraging data, AI, and digital tools to improve processes.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent German and English skills, combined with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach in an international environment.
