Zusammenfassung

CGM is seeking a procurement professional to own the hardware procurement process from demand planning to delivery and invoice resolution. You will ensure compliant purchase-to-pay across SAP S/4HANA and major platforms, while collaborating with Logistics to optimize inventory and asset management.

You will develop data-driven forecasting and replenishment strategies, build strong supplier relations, and help standardize processes with automation across procurement functions in an international

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or higher in business, supply chain, economics, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in operational procurement or purchasing, ideally with hardware/electronics inventory.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge and familiarity with leading procurement platforms.
• Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supplier lead times.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; interest in data, AI and digital tools to improve processes.

Your contribution:

• Own and drive the end-to-end hardware procurement process, from demand planning and purchasing to delivery, returns, and invoice resolution.
• Ensure efficient and compliant purchase-to-pay operations across SAP S/4HANA and our procurement platforms.
• Partner closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels, stock availability, and asset management.
• Develop data-driven forecasting and replenishment strategies using analytics and AI to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and support sourcing and category management initiatives.
• Shape the future of procurement by standardizing processes, enhancing compliance, and driving automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, IT, Finance, Logistics, and the business to deliver reliable and scalable procurement operations.

What you bring along:

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in operational procurement or purchasing, ideally within hardware, electronics, technical products, or other inventory-managed categories.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge and familiarity with modern procurement platforms such as ORO, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or Ivalua.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, including forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supplier lead times.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and an interest in leveraging data, AI, and digital tools to improve processes.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent German and English skills, combined with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach in an international environment.
