A leading global company is seeking a change agent to lead operational excellence initiatives. You will inspire local experts, develop tailored improvement plans, and implement global projects to enhance productivity and operational standards. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree, possess 5+ years of relevant experience, and have expertise in methodologies like Lean and TPM. This hybrid position is located in Düsseldorf, Germany, offering a range of flexible working options and inclusive culture.
Be a leading change agent at the European level and inspire a network of local operational excellence experts. Act as a driver, motivator, and mentor for sites to deploy the Henkel Production System (HPS), supporting improvements in OEE, production cost reduction, and SHEQ performance. Co-create tailored improvement plans to achieve challenging targets and create a competitive advantage for the sites. Coach, advise, train, and support site teams to implement operational excellence standards and strengthen local capabilities. Develop, standardize, and continuously improve the Henkel Production System (HPS). Capture and disseminate best practices that can be re-applied across the organization. Continuously seek state-of-the-art solutions from external sources that could drive meaningful improvements for Henkel. Drive and implement global projects in collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams.
Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in implementing operational excellence systems and methodologies (e.g., IWS, WCOM, Lean, TPM, Continuous Improvement).
Profound experience with TPM, Lean and Continuous Improvement such as 5S, Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SMED, OEE, Poka Yoke, Standardized Work, Visual Management, Autonomous Maintenance (CL, CIL, DFF, CO), and PDCA.
Strong project management skills with a proven record of driving measurable results as well as excellent communication, coaching, and training skills with the ability to engage teams at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Russian, French, or Italian is an advantage.
