Zusammenfassung

Nexperia Germany GmbH is seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence leader to own and enhance the Hamburg Wafer Fab's improvement system. You will drive strategic initiatives, align with the Fab Management Team, and ensure transparent, measurable benefits across the site.

You will lead cross-functional projects, monitor KPIs, and champion accountability, with fluency in English and a strong stake in digitalization, automation, and AI applications.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and factory operations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in driving cross-functional improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders up to senior management level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a management-oriented mindset.
• Structured, result-oriented, and highly self-driven way of working.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, data analytics, and AI applications.
• Fluent English skills; German is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Own the site Cost Down roadmap and facilitate regular management reviews.
• Ensure transparency of the initiatives, including owners, KPIs, benefits, and status.
• Act as a challenger of the organization, driving accountability and results.
• Escalate risks, delays, and performance gaps when business targets are at risk.
• Ensure sustainable implementation and realization of improvement benefits.
• Drive cross-factory collaboration and best-practice transfer within the global Operational Excellence network.
