Nala Groups in Fellbach, Germany is seeking an Operating Room Technician (OTA) to support surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring sterile environments with patient safety as a priority.

You will work in a 38.5 hour week, with shift work, and benefit from visa assistance, furnished accommodation, vacation days, daycare, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Completed training as Operating Room Technician, OR Nurse, or Operation Theatre Technician.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Several years of professional experience in operating rooms.
• Verified academic documents and granted work visa.
• Professional competence, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up surgical procedures.
• Assist in patient positioning, cleaning, and draping.
• Operate and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
