Job summary

Freudenberg FST GmbH sucht eine Fachkraft zur Produktion im Spritzgießbereich. Sie versorgen Rohstoffe, bedienen und überwachen Spritzgießmaschinen und prüfen Produkte auf Qualität.

Sie arbeiten in einem Drei-Schicht-Betrieb, bringen idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse mit und zeichnen sich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Sorgfalt aus. Die Rolle bietet stabile Einsatzzeiten in der Produktion.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich oder einschlägige Erfahrung als Maschinenbediener (Spritzguss).
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Drei-Schicht-Betrieb (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht).
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, technisches Verständnis, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und Flexibilität.

Responsibilities

• Bereitstellung und Versorgung der Rohstoffe.
• Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung von Spritzgießmaschinen.
• Qualität und Quantität der Kunststoffprodukte prüfen.
• Kleine Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Spritzgussformen und Maschinen durchführen.
• Dokumentation von Qualitäts- und Produktionsdaten.
• Ordnung und Sauberkeit sicherstellen.

Responsibilities

• Provision and supply of raw materials
• Operation, control, and monitoring of single- and multi-component injection moulding machines
• Inspection of the quality and quantity of plastic products on the production line
• Performing minor maintenance work on plastic injection moulds and machines as part of the role, as well as supporting tool changeover processes
• Entry and documentation of quality and production data
• Ensuring orderliness and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field or, alternatively, experience as a machine operator (ideally in injection moulding)
• SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system (early, late, and night shifts)
• Good command of German Technical understanding, reliability, ability to work in a team, diligence, and flexibility
