Zusammenfassung

SeaRenergy is seeking an Onshore Client Representative (m/f/d) for an offshore wind project in Rostock. You will oversee HV cable jointing activities, witness inspections, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and HSE.

The six-month freelance assignment starts mid-January 2027 on-site in Rostock, with a Monday–Friday, 10-hour day schedule. Fluent German and English are required, along with strong MS Office skills and stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with DK cable systems and FO cables.
• German and English fluency.
• First Aid certificate; EIP beneficial.

We are currently seeking two experienced

Onshore Client Representative (m/f/d) – Cable Jointing

to support a major onshore high-voltage cable installation project for the German transmission network starting from mid-January 2027 for an expected duration of approximately six months. This freelance position is onshore-based in the Rostock region, Germany and follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule (10 hours per day).

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Represent the client's interests during high-voltage cable jointing and termination activities.
• Supervise cable jointing works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Witness inspections, testing and acceptance activities throughout the installation campaign.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, jointing teams and project stakeholders.
• Identify, document and report technical issues and non-conformities.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Solid experience with high-voltage cable jointing and termination activities on infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience with DK cable systems and accessories as well as fibre optic (FO) cables and fibres integrated into high-voltage cable systems.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, a structured working style and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

Below you will find the requirements and the general working conditions:

• Minimum required certificates:
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • Certification as an Electrically Instructed Person (EIP/EuP) is advantageous.
• Approximately mid-January 2027 until the end of June 2027 (subject to ±1 month adjustment).
• Own vehicle required for travel to the construction site.
