Jobtailor is seeking an online instructor to prepare and deliver courses via Blackboard, dedicating 12-14 hours per week. You will facilitate discussions, grade work, and perform outreach to support student success.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in networking or cybersecurity and relevant certifications, with experience using diverse technologies for engagement and feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in networking or cyber security or related field.
• CompTIA Network+ N10-006 certification or CompTIA Security+ SY0-401 certification or CISSP Certification (valid).
• Cloud Computing helpful.
• Online teaching experience.
• Experience with diverse technologies for feedback & student engagement.

Aufgaben

• Prepare course(s) assigned in Blackboard with required elements by the designated deadline.
• Provide approximately 12-14 hours per week of instruction over the course of five days each week, per course.
• Facilitate discussion, grading student work, checking email, engaging in personalized retention efforts and outreach to support student success.
• Respond to outreach from students, supervisors, colleagues, etc. within 48-hours.
• Demonstrate the ability to apply the Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education.
