FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Saint Joseph, MO, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver high-impact, in-home and senior-living care through the Geriatric House Calls™ model. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy with autonomy and a flexible schedule.

Opportunities include in-person visits and telehealth, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, mobility, and safe aging in place for older adults.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain license.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.

Physical Requirements

FOX clinicians must be able to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including:

• Exerting medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50lbsoccasionally, 10–25lbsfrequently, and up to 10lbsconstantly

• Performing CPR

• Providing moderate to maximumassistancewith patient transfers and bed mobility

• Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities

• Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model

• Wearing PPE whenrequired
