Job summary

Die ZfP Reichenau, eine akademische Einrichtung der Universitätsmedizin Konstanz, sucht eine/n state-registered Ergotherapeut/in zur Verstärkung des forensischen Teams. Sie arbeiten flexibel in Teil- oder Vollzeit (80–100%) und gestalten eigenverantwortlich Therapien im multidisziplinären Umfeld.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Gruppen- und Einzeltherapien, die Bewertung von Funktionen anhand standardisierter Tests sowie die enge Abstimmung mit Stationen

Qualifications

• Staatlich anerkannte Ergotherapie-Ausbildung erforderlich.
• Interesse an Behandlung von psychischen Erkrankungen.
• Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Planung von Therapien.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung des personenorientierten aktivitätsbasierten Ansatz.
• Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Gruppen- und Einzeltherapien.
• Durchführung von Ergotherapie-Bewertungen und Behandlungsplanung.
• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Stationen und Kollegen.

Job description

We are an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Konstanz and provide professional support to people with mental health conditions across a range of settings. The Department of Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy cares for 15 patients in accordance with Section 63 of the German Criminal Code (StGB).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Contributing to the development and implementation of the new activity-based approach
• Independent planning and delivery of occupational therapy group and individual sessions
• Occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning based on standardised tests
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the wards and colleagues

Das bringen Sie mit

• State-registered occupational therapist
• A keen interest in, and ideally prior experience of, treating people with mental health conditions
• Knowledge of developing treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Independence, flexibility, the ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills
• Good written and spoken German (minimum B2 level)
