Job summary

therapoint in Holzgerlingen, Germany, is seeking occupational therapists to join our interdisciplinary team at the earliest date. This onsite role offers full support with recognition of your licence and access to ongoing training, with our 17-person team and therapy dog Pepe.

You will work in a modern, interdisciplinary health center focusing on ADL rehabilitation, personalized care, and collaborative clinical reporting.

Qualifications

• Completed training and a degree in occupational therapy.
• If you are close to completing your qualification, you are also welcome to apply.
• For internationals: German proficiency – we support you throughout the recognition process.

Responsibilities

• ADL Rehabilitation: Enhance independence in Activities of Daily Living through functional training.
• Individualized Care: Design and adjust therapy plans based on assessment and goals.
• Adaptive Strategies: Instruct use of assistive devices and environmental modifications.
• Clinical Reporting: Maintain documentation to track progress and coordinate with teams.

Tasks

• ADL Rehabilitation: Enhance independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) through functional training and adaptation.

• Individualized Care: Design and adjust therapy plans based on clinical assessment and client-centered goals.

• Adaptive Strategies: Instruct the use of assistive devices and environmental modifications to improve daily participation.

• Clinical Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation to track progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Completed training and a degree in occupational therapy.
