Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s welcoming nursery where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment.

Set within a beautiful converted building, the nursery combines character and charm with bright, modern learning spaces. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, observe progress, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support children's emotional, social, and physical development.
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.
