The Night Supervisor will ensure that guest will experience a warm welcome, executed smoothly and efficiently, warmer than in any other hotel, guests will further experience an efficient departure that conveys a sense of appreciation and recognition to create lasting positive memories and will provide service which will be stylish, thoughtful and surprising, delivered with attention to detail and grace and reflecting our oriental heritage.

YOUR DUTIES

• ensuring smooth night operations
• creating memorable arrival and departure experiences for our guests
• be the first point of contact in terms of guest relations and services for house guests and non-residents
• maintaining high data quality levels
• daily control of accounting tasks of Front Office operations
• operational communication and support with Housekeeping/Engineering/In-Room Dining

• a minimum of two years professional experience in Front Office Operations
