Enova International is a leading fintech company offering online financial services via Colossus™ platform. The role begins with a four‑week training program to specialize in a specific brand, followed by managing inbound customer calls and delivering exceptional service.

You will handle payment processing tasks, create payment plans, and educate customers on products, while maintaining high standards of communication and account accuracy in a remote-capable environment.

About the role:

Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. As a Customer Service Representative, you will participate in an in-depth 4-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will manage inbound calls from customers while delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation

The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.

This role is entirely remote; however, candidates must reside in the state of AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY.
