Hourly Rate:

$16.00 per hour.

Job Requirements:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Fulda. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth production processes while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and control our production machinery and equipment
• Ensure the continuous and efficient running of production lines, identifying and addressing potential disruptions
• Monitor and maintain product quality in compliance with internal standards and customer requirements
• Accurately document production data and report deviations from standard processes
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Actively contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Strong technical understanding and mechanical aptitude
• Ideally, previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• A completed apprenticeship as a Textile Machine Operator or a similar technical qualification is a plus
• High awareness of workplace safety and the ability to strictly follow safety protocols
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Open to career changers with a strong interest in technical operations and a willingness to learn
