Freudenberg Group is seeking a production-oriented team member in Wertheim to help operate machinery, record production data and ensure safety standards. You will participate in quality audits, document findings, and communicate issues to the shift supervisor.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic English ability, and a willingness to work within a manufacturing environment. Prior machine-experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

Work Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent level of education

• 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred

• Prior experience working on a machine
